Dr. Roxanna Durham is the proud owner and DVM of Evergreen Veterinary Clinic.

Roxanna grew up on a farm in a small town in western Washington. When she wasn’t at work or school, you could find her riding her horse. She was active in 4-H, pony club, rodeo, 3-day eventing, and gymkhanas. She had lots of pets growing up including goldfish, guinea pigs, cats, horses, pigs, one very naughty goat, dogs and a very special hamster.

She graduated from Yelm High School in 1990. Roxanna attended Washington State University and graduated in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Veterinary Science. She graduated from Washington State University with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1996.

Dr. Durham worked in Lewiston, Idaho, at a small animal hospital for seven years. After the arrival of her hairless babies, Roxanna offered relief services to many veterinary clinics for the next seven years. She particularly enjoyed working with wildlife and the occasional exotic pet. Then for five years, she worked at an animal shelter providing care to animals until they found their forever home.

She enjoys raising her three children who keep her very busy. She loves gardening, white-water rafting, camping, and three-gun competition shooting. She has two dogs; Ruby and Bettie Boop, two guinea pigs, Rosie and Rhonda, two horses, Katie and Bucky, and an eastern painted turtle named Turtleman. She also teaches a communications class at Washington State University for veterinary students in their second and third years of vet school.
